Pick based on how much you want to do yourself. Most pool owners on a monthly or fortnightly cycle land on Silver; Gold suits weekly or fortnightly maintenance, or anyone who'd rather never touch a vacuum head.

Bronze Service
Water testing and an equipment once-over. Good for hands-on owners who just want the chemistry right.
